1. About Sublist

Sublist is a subscription tracking app for iOS. It helps you monitor recurring payments, view spending breakdowns, receive renewal reminders, and track price changes for popular services. Sublist is developed by Hugo Hodinka, based in Barcelona, Spain.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Sublist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Use of the App

Sublist is provided as a paid app (one-time purchase) through the Apple App Store. Your purchase and use of the app are also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

You may use Sublist for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

4. Your Data

All subscription data you enter into Sublist is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data, cannot recover it if you delete the app, and do not back it up. You are responsible for your own data.

5. Price Intelligence

Sublist's Price Intelligence feature provides pricing information for popular subscription services. This information is fetched from publicly available sources and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data. Always verify prices directly with the service provider before making purchasing decisions.

6. Availability and Updates

We may update Sublist from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or its features. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

Sublist, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Hugo Hodinka. Third-party logos and trademarks displayed within the app (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sublist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hugo Hodinka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Specifically, we are not liable for:

Financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
Missed renewal reminders due to device settings, notification permissions, or system behaviour.
Inaccurate pricing data provided by the Price Intelligence feature.
Loss of data resulting from deleting the app or device failure.

9. Refunds

Refunds for the app purchase are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the App Store release notes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
